CO-FOUNDER

Andrew Paul is a co-founder of SPILT Zero Proof Ltd., and Jo’s sous chef in the mocktail test kitchen. For the past three years, Andrew and Jo have been working with local growers and scouring the produce aisles of cultural grocery stores around the world to develop SPILT’s expansive repertoire of seasonal mocktail offerings. With a focus on terroir to tumbler mixology, Andrew is excited to finally bring these culinary creations to thirsty folks in Edmonton.  In his spare time he is an award-winning writer and national award-winning podcaster with 20 years of experience in journalism and media production. In 2021 he was named as an Edify Top 40 Under 40 for his DEI approach to storytelling and non-profit communications. He can’t wait to start building new community around the mocktail bar.
