JoAnne H. Pearce is the Founder of Mock-Ups Mocktails and trailblazing force behind Token Bitters’ alcohol- free division. As a leader in the non-alc space, Jo is paving the way for a beverage revolution through education, manufacturing and public speaking. She is CBC Radio Active’s mocktail columnist and has worked with local farmers to bring four bottled zero-proof products to market with a focus on local agriculture and inclusivity.
